Nestled among beautiful oaks, Woodland is the smallest Skilled Nursing Facility in Contra Costa County. Our small size allows our staff members to provide our Residents with the most personalized care and rehabilitation services in a "Country Inn" setting.

Our small size does not limit the services we provide to our Residents. We offer daily physical, occupational and speech therapy.
