Advancement Opportunities:  With eight Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities in the Bay Area, Foresight can offer opportunities for employees to grow and advance.  We have made a habit out of training employees so that they are prepared to take advantage of advancement opportunities within our organization, or in others.  These opportunities are not restricted to nursing but also include opportunities in Social Services, Nursing Management, and Administration!

Scholarship Program:  One of our commitments to our employees is "To Better Train Our Employees So That They Are Better Prepared To Do Their Jobs."  This commitment is exemplified by our Scholarship Program.  Any employee who works for us for six (6) months is eligible to receive Tuition Reimbursement for their educational or advancement goals.  the only criteria is that employees demonstrate how their newly acquired skills or knowledge can benefit our residents.  We have helped C.N.A.'s become L.V.N.'s, Activity Directors, and Social Services Designees; we have trained Cooks to become Dietary Supervisors; and we have even provided scholarship funds for a Maintenance Supervisor to become a certified Clown.  We even have our own programs for education and training called IQC University.

Let us help you advance your educational career!

Orientation:  Our smooth and easy orientation program for newly hired Nursing Assistants helps our staff get to know the residents for whom they will provide care.  Each new Nursing Assistant is promised a regular schedule of no more than 5 residents for their first 30 days of employment.  Our staff becomes familiar with facility systems, policies, and the individual needs of our residents.  In addition, ALL new nursing staff are provided facility "Buddies" to help orient them to the facility, staff, and residents.  These "Buddies" are usually facility Department Managers or our highly qualified long-term nursing personnel.

Foreign Nurse Assistance Program:  Our experienced staff helps Nurses and Nursing Assistants obtain their legal work permits and green cards.  Candidates from the Philippines, Korea, Australia, Africa, Great Britain, or anywhere else can apply to receive assistance, including reimbursement for legal expenses, through our Foreign Nurse Assistance Program.

Competitive Wages and Retention Bonuses:  Wages at our facilities are above the area averages for Registered Nurses, Licensed Nurses, and Nursing Assistants.  In addition, we offer Retention Bonuses for employees who successfully complete their 90 day, 6 month, and 1 year term of employment.  After each accomplishment, new employees receive $250.
